We are thrilled to share that Incora have been shortlisted for the Best Health & Safety Project Award at the prestigious SHE Awards! (Safety & Health Excellence)

This recognition is a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation, employee engagement, and our Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) excellence across our global facilities.

Our project, “Innovation Through Inclusion: Digital Engagement”, which integrated Work Wallet into our global operations throughout 2024, has transformed how we manage our EHS processes by:

  • Enhancing compliance and streamlining safety procedures
  • Empowering employees to engage proactively in workplace safety
  • Boosting EHS engagement by 87%
  • Reducing Lost Time Injury Rate (LTIR) by 36%

Being shortlisted is a huge achievement and reinforces our Journey to Zero, strengthening our safety culture and driving continuous improvements across everything we do.
