The business has two distinct channels, Hardware and Chemicals. These channels need to be supported by collaborative functional excellence to ensure we continue to deliver value and excellent service to our customers.
Kevin Matthies has been appointed as President Global Hardware and now leads the world class hardware organization across multiple industries, including Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, Heavy Machinery, Industrial, and Consumer Electronics.
Kevin has deep experience as a senior executive leading high-performing teams in large enterprises in aerospace and defense most recently at Spirit Aerosystems and 26 years at Raytheon.
Daniel Gubichuk has been appointed as President Global Chemicals. Daniel joined the business in 2007 and has successfully served in roles across multiple functions and commodities, overseeing the business to deliver strategic growth.
Daniel also serves as the Executive Sponsor of Incora’s ASCEND D&I Employee Resource Group that champions the development and advancement of our talented women.
Wayne Hollinshead has become President and Chief Operating Officer of Functional Excellence. Wayne and his team will focus on creating functions that enable the business to succeed. Wayne will be responsible for Procurement and SIOP for Hardware, Global Warehouse Operations, Inventory, Quality, Shared Service Centers, and IT functions.
Wayne was named to his current position in January 2020, with the merger of Pattonair and Wesco Aircraft; previously, he had served as Chief Executive Officer for the Pattonair Group of businesses, successfully driving commercial and global growth.
Dave Fawcett has become our Chief Commercial Officer. Dave leads a team of Sales and Business Development Professionals across the globe and has ownership of the commercial relationship with all customers. Dave and his team will be responsible for creating the growth strategies for MRO, Commercial, and Defense markets.
Dave joined the business in 2012 after a 25-year career in supply chain and logistics. During his tenure, he has been instrumental in driving exceptional growth and the development of a wider service offering to the market.
Ray Carney continues as Chief Financial Officer and Dawn Landry continues as Chief Administrative Officer supporting the business in Human Resources, Ethics and Compliance, Legal and Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) functions.
