Our Commitment to Compliance and Ethics
Incora™ has a legacy of compliance and ethics policies and programs.
Mandatory training has been rolled out to our global workforce to raise awareness of what constitutes modern slavery, potential signs to look out for, and what to do if an instance of modern slavery is suspected.
Our Modern Slavery Statement is available to all our stakeholders on the Incora website, and our transparent approach is supported by our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.
The agreements we have in place with our suppliers require confirmation that fair labor practices, anti-bribery, and environmental impact reduction are also targeted. This currently enables us to apply a risk management approach to sustainability in our supply chain.
While we explore how our suppliers are managing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, we plan to develop a Code of Conduct for our vendor base, aligned with our own Code of Conduct and sustainable procurement principles.
We are committed to adherence with all legislation applicable to our activities and engage third-party specialist professionals in core business disciplines as needed.
