Governance for Growth

Our Commitment to Compliance and Ethics

Incora™ has a legacy of compliance and ethics policies and programs.

Mandatory training has been rolled out to our global workforce to raise awareness of what constitutes modern slavery, potential signs to look out for, and what to do if an instance of modern slavery is suspected.

Our Modern Slavery Statement is available to all our stakeholders on the Incora website, and our transparent approach is supported by our Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy.

The agreements we have in place with our suppliers require confirmation that fair labor practices, anti-bribery, and environmental impact reduction are also targeted. This currently enables us to apply a risk management approach to sustainability in our supply chain.

While we explore how our suppliers are managing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues, we plan to develop a Code of Conduct for our vendor base, aligned with our own Code of Conduct and sustainable procurement principles.

We are committed to adherence with all legislation applicable to our activities and engage third-party specialist professionals in core business disciplines as needed.

Utilizing Internal Resources to Ensure Compliance

Compliance Corner is an internal resource that can be accessed by all Incora staff and hosts our Anti-Corruption Policy, Whistleblowing Process, Anti-Bribery Training, and Corporate Code of Conduct.

The conduct of our business operations and staff forms the foundation of our credibility, integrity, and ultimately our performance. Reaching our goals in an ethical manner underscores our successes as individuals and as a corporation.

We have resourced an independent reporting tool to encourage all staff to raise concerns about issues or suspicions of non-ethical behavior in our business at the earliest possible stage. We encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith under this policy, even if they turn out to be mistaken.

Strengthening Trade Compliance

Trade Compliance is a key service we offer our customers and of critical value to our organization.

Our processes in place to manage exports, international sales, and sanction screenings across both supply and customer bases are therefore extremely robust.

Enhancing Data Security

Our ISO 27001 certification in Information Security Management establishes a structured framework that strengthens the protection and security of our data and infrastructure.

This certification also covers identity access management across all operational practices, ensuring comprehensive security measures are in place.

Delivering Quality Through Certifications and Standards

Quality is at the very heart of everything we do, as evidenced by our certifications to ISO AS9120 – a mark of quality for aerospace supply chains in all the countries in which we operate.

Our long-term growth ambitions will therefore be delivered via our focus on exceeding customer expectations – right first time with zero defects – and seizing opportunities in evolving markets.

We are committed to delivering excellence in everything we do, simplifying the complex.
