Embracing Diversity and Inclusion

What makes Incora™ exceptional is our people, who bring their own unique perspectives and ideas to our organization.

Through Incora’s Pledge to Employees, we have created an ethos of engagement and respect for difference.

Incora is comprised of a unique blend of cultures and ideas, which is a direct result of the diversity we embrace as an organization. We are a gender and age-neutral employer, with a strong inclusion ethos that we are committed to fostering equal opportunities, fair treatment, respect, and a diverse working environment.

To this end, Incora recognizes national holidays and festivals, sharing the celebrations with colleagues around the world through our network of communication channels.

Commitment to Health and Safety

The physical safety and mental health of our staff are of paramount importance on our Journey to Zero.

We encourage all staff to identify risks to health, safety, and welfare, and raise these with confidence that appropriate action will be taken via the Good Spot system.

Our global corporate memberships of The International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IISRM), National Safety Council (NSC) and Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (ROSPA) ensure we are part of innovative developments in the safety of our workplaces.

We want to champion our credentials, with Safe Contractor status included in our 2025 objectives. In the spirit of showcasing best practices, we are also working towards achieving third-party EHS recognition in 2025.

Mental Health Awareness and Support

We have implemented mental health awareness training opportunities for staff and share nutritional insights to support good mental and physical health.

At Incora, we believe that mental health is as important as physical health and should be a priority in the workplace.

In 2024, in alignment with the theme of World Mental Health Day, we want to emphasize our continued commitment to fostering an environment that supports the mental well-being of all employees.

Through our core belief of Incora Cares, we are working to ensure that everyone feels supported, valued, and empowered to care for their mental health.

Our Behavioral Standards Framework

Incora’s Behavioral Standards Framework allows our leaders and management teams to operate with empathy and to genuinely care about people.

It is important to recognize that as a global organization, Incora’s operations are always active somewhere in the world, which can put pressure on our teams that have a global responsibility.

The Incora Cares calendar of events provides focus on a broad range of well-being topics, including getting active, men’s health, and menopause guidance. The Incora Wiki Wellbeing pages are also available to all staff, in any time-zone, twenty-four hours a day, via our internal platforms.

Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives

Incora’s Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) council promotes and integrates D&I into its culture, policies, and practices.

The council sets strategic goals, develops inclusive policies, and advises leadership on best practices.

The D&I council ensures accountability and adapts strategies to close gaps in representation and inclusion. The council works to establish Incora as a workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute fully.

Our Employee Resource Groups

Incora has invested time and resources in launching two Employee Resource Groups (ERG).

In 2024, we started ASCEND, an ERG dedicated to the advancement of women within our organization, and Inchorus, an ERG dedicated to LGBTQA+ matters within our organization.

At Incora, we believe that diversity is not just a buzzword but the cornerstone of innovation and progress. Our two flagship ERGs are a testament to our commitment to fostering a workplace where all voices are heard and celebrated. Diversity in the workplace brings a multitude of perspectives, experiences, and ideas to the table, igniting creativity and driving excellence.

Investing in the Future Workforce

Incora invests in the future workforce, with our US, UK, and Polish sites supporting several university internships each year, raising awareness of our industry’s opportunities to the next generation of potential staff.

While we have offered graduate roles historically, Incora has opted to offer degree-level apprenticeships to develop a pipeline of talent in supply chain management.

Supporting Women in Aviation and Aerospace

Incora is a member of the Women in Aviation and Aerospace Charter and we commit to supporting the progression of women into senior roles in the aviation and aerospace sectors.

To this end, Incora has set an ambitious objective of having 40% of executive leadership positions held by women by 2030. This is supported by our ERG – ASCEND – which is tasked with driving gender balance within Incora and the promotion of the advancement of women within the organization.

Our Gender Pay Report is transparently published on our website.
