Meet Our Diversity and Inclusion Council – “Inclusively Incora”

We’re proud of our Inclusively Incora Council, which is made up of employees from across the globe.

Our ambition is to create true equity in the workplace, increase diversity and inclusion, and provide a platform for role models who will inspire future generations.

The council has plans in place that include training and raising awareness for all employees. This includes creating employee resource groups that represent the voice of our people, working externally to create partnerships that add value, and introducing robust data and metrics to help us measure our performance and celebrate success.

The team is committed to helping us on our journey to be a truly inclusive employer and is key to creating a culture where everyone can be themselves, every day.

Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

ERGs are inclusive communities within Incora that bring together employees who share common backgrounds, experiences, or interests.

These groups provide a supportive space where individuals can connect, collaborate, and celebrate their unique identities while contributing to the overall success of our company. Our resource groups are open to everyone at Incora, working together to create a more inclusive and empowered environment for all.

Our two flagship ERGs are testament to our commitment to fostering a workplace where all voices are heard and celebrated. ASCEND focuses on creating gender balance across our organization, and Inchorus supports our LGBTQIA+ community.

ASCEND is a place where we can discuss gender balance, acknowledge gender issues, raise awareness, and create a more inclusive working environment.

Inchorus aims to advocate for policy changes, educate and raise awareness, build community, increase visibility, and engage with external organizations to create a more inclusive workplace.

We plan to have more ERGs in the future.

Our Values

At Incora, our culture is what makes us unique. It is our underlying beliefs, values, principles, and the way we interact. We call it our “Incora Story,” and we all play a part in creating it.

Our values can be seen in action when we, as individuals, demonstrate them through our behaviors.

Our Behavioral Framework helps us understand in more detail the behaviors we exhibit when we show Courage, Collaboration, Commitment, and Community, allowing us to role model these and make a real difference to our culture.

Personal Development and Wellbeing

The Incora Personal Development Review (PDR) structure enables a practical approach to success within the organization.

Incora offers a structured training platform managed via our WorkDay application for all employees to access.

We offer everyone the opportunity to be involved in our mentoring program, either as a mentee or as a mentor, to support our employees navigating their Incora journey.

We also provide the opportunity for external coaching for nominated employees to support their leadership journeys. One of Incora’s biggest achievements is the talent we discover, nurture, and grow within our teams.

Incora cares about our employees’ wellbeing. Our Incora Cares calendar allows us to run webinars, share videos, podcasts, e-learning, and coping strategies on all aspects of physical and mental wellbeing. With new themes aligned to our calendar, we focus on everything from women’s and men’s health to getting active and financial wellbeing.
